SPNET.ai provides AI-powered consensus analysis for professional decision-making in medical, legal, financial, research, cybersecurity, and engineering domains.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use SPNET.ai for:
- Professional Decision Support: Medical diagnoses, legal research, financial analysis, technical problem-solving
- Research & Education: Academic research, professional training, knowledge verification
- Risk Assessment: Evaluating treatment options, legal strategies, security vulnerabilities, engineering designs
- Consensus Verification: Cross-checking professional judgments against multiple AI models

3. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use SPNET.ai for:
3.1 Illegal Activities
- Facilitating, planning, or committing any illegal activity
- Violating any local, state, national, or international law
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
3.2 Harmful Content
- Generating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Creating or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Producing content that harasses, threatens, or bullies individuals
- Generating malware, viruses, or malicious code
3.3 Misuse of Medical/Legal Advice
- NOT a substitute for professional judgment: SPNET.ai provides decision support, not final medical diagnoses or legal advice
- Emergency situations: Do not use for life-threatening medical emergencies (call emergency services immediately)
- Unlicensed practice: Do not use SPNET.ai to practice medicine or law without proper licensure
- Patient/Client harm: Do not rely solely on AI output without independent professional verification
3.4 System Abuse
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass security measures
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
- Overloading systems with excessive queries (rate limit evasion)
- Reselling or redistributing SPNET.ai services without authorization
- Creating fake accounts or sharing accounts across multiple users
3.5 Privacy Violations
- Submitting personally identifiable information (PII) of patients/clients without consent
- Violating HIPAA, GDPR, or other data protection regulations
- Sharing confidential or privileged information without authorization
- Doxing or exposing private information of individuals
3.6 Misinformation & Manipulation
- Generating false or misleading medical/legal information for deceptive purposes
- Creating fake research papers, citations, or credentials
- Manipulating AI outputs to support predetermined conclusions
- Using SPNET.ai to spread disinformation or propaganda
4. Professional Responsibility
As a professional user, you acknowledge that:
- AI is a tool, not a replacement: You retain full professional responsibility for all decisions
- Verification required: All AI-generated outputs must be independently verified before use
- Ethical standards apply: You must comply with your profession's code of ethics (e.g., Hippocratic Oath, ABA Model Rules)
- Informed consent: Patients/clients must be informed when AI tools are used in their care/representation
- Documentation: Maintain records of AI-assisted decisions for audit and liability purposes
5. Data Privacy & Security
- De-identification required: Remove all patient/client identifiers before submitting queries
- No PHI/PII: Do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Third-party AI providers: Your queries are processed by Anthropic (Claude), Qwen (via OpenRouter), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), Perplexity, and DeepSeek. See our Privacy Policy for details
- No guarantees: While we implement security measures, no system is 100% secure. Use at your own risk
6. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement for illegal activities
- Reporting to professional licensing boards for ethical violations
- Legal action for damages caused by misuse
- Permanent ban from SPNET.ai services
SPNET.ai reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

SPNET.ai, its officers, employees, and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Perplexity, DeepSeek) shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of the platform, including but not limited to medical malpractice, legal malpractice, financial losses, or data breaches.
